Lokesh Rajashekaraiah, COO
Multi functional experience covering Quality, Operations management, Change Management and Digital Transformation. Prior to ECOSTP he was heading Business Transformation at Anheuser Busch inBev. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Engineering Graduate from Bangalore University.
Ramya Rajagopal, Head - Customer Success
Coaching specialist focused on bringing impactful transformation globally.South India’s first woman licensed Auditor of Dianetics ,PCC Certified Coach, Thomas International Certified Personal Profile Analyst and EPGP from IIM-C. Had done entrepreneurial and corporate stints. Last assignment was as the L&D Head of Just Dial Ltd.
Dr. Nazia Shaik, Head - Products
Expert in membrane fabrication and water treatment, with hands-on experience in RO, UF, and NF systems. Her research spans energy generation from kitchen wastewater using nanocomposite proton exchange membranes and the recovery of bioactive compounds from stevia leaves. She is a recipient of the prestigious Gandhian Young Technological Innovation (GYTI) Award and the CSIR Award for S&T Innovations.
Dr. Rajeev Kumar, Head - Technology
Dr. Rajeev Kumar, Head - Technology, holds a PhD in Geotechnical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. His work focuses on environmental geotechnology and sustainable wastewater solutions. He brings extensive international research experience, including postdoctoral fellowships in Taiwan and South Korea and is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of IE(I).
Dr. Venkatesh Panchapagesan, Strategic Advisor
Professor of Finance at the IIM-B with over three decades of experience across research, regulation, and capital markets. He has served on several corporate and regulatory boards, including SEBI and NSE, and is currently an Independent Director at Brigade Enterprises, Zerodha Trustee Pvt. Ltd., and IIMB Innovations. He holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Southern California and a PGDM from the IIM-C, and is also a Chartered Accountant and Cost and Works Accountant.
